Today, 31 March, we had Anthony Galvin come to our school to speak with 3rd to 6th class. Having read the novel Ice Man, Anthony brought the Tom Crean story to life in our classrooms with his brilliant storytelling and occasional jump scares. As a polar explorer himself he certainly was able to give us a huge appreciation of what those expeditions entailed for Crean and his fellow explorers.
